Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, burglary and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Before SHIOMOS, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1007, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1973, Nos. 1146, 1150, 1151, and 1152. Argued December 3, 1974.
