Indictments charging defendant with unlawful sale and dispensing of narcotic drugs and conspiracy. Before RIDGE, J. Appeal, No. 199, April T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1970, No. 7699 and 7700. Argued April 13, 1972.
