Indictment charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon and violation of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act. Before MARSH, J. Appeal, No. 906, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, April T., 1973, Nos. 69 and 70. Submitted June 9, 1975.
