Indictment charging defendant with assault and battery with intent to kill, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery, and carrying a firearm without a license in violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before GARB, J., specially presiding. Appeals, Nos. 1313 and 1314, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1972, Nos. 581 and 582. Argued December 4, 1973.
