Indictments charging defendant with robbery with accomplice, armed robbery, receiving stolen goods, accessory before the fact, and conspiracy to do an unlawful act. Before OLSZEWSKI, J. Appeals, Nos. 1022 and 1023, Oct. T., 1970, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, Nos. 387 and 390 of 1968. Submitted September 13, 1971.
