Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and criminal conspiracy. Before KLEIN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 499, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1976, Nos. 231, 232, and 233. Submitted September 15, 1977.
