Indictments charging defendant with theft by receiving stolen property, forgery and issuing bad checks. Before McGOVERN, Jr., J. Verdict of not guilty of issuing bad checks and guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 550, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, No. 6772 B C of 1975. Submitted June 13, 1977.
