Indictments charging defendant with burglary, robbery, criminal conspiracy, unlawful possession of instruments of crime and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before LAGAKOS, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1851, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1974, Nos. 1458 to 1462, inclusive. Argued March 16, 1976.
