Indictments charging defendant with robbery, possession of instruments of crime, violation of Uniform Firearms Act, and criminal conspiracy. Before DURHAM, J., non-jury. Finding of guilty as to robbery, possession of instruments of crime and criminal conspiracy. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1446, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1976, Nos. 1773, 1775, 1776 and 1777. Argued March 20, 1979.
