Indictments charging defendant with criminal trespass and indecent assault. Before HENDERSON, P.J. Verdicts of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 878, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, Nos. 779 and 779A of 1977. Submitted October 26, 1978.
