Indictments charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy, aggravated assault, resisting arrest and related offenses. Before KUBACKI, J. Appeal, No. 1902, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1974, No. 80. Argued December 15, 1975.
