Appeals, Nos. 732 and 733, Oct. T., 1966, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, 1966 T., Nos. 3294 and 3295. Indictments charging defendant with fraudulently making a written instrument and uttering the same, and unlawfully forging a check and attempting to pass, utter and publish same. Argued December 14, 1966.
