Indictments charging defendant with trafficking in narcotic drugs, unlawful possession of narcotic drugs and criminal conspiracy. Before DAVISON, J. Appeal, No. 434, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Nos. 30 and 31 of 1972. Submitted June 9, 1975.
