COMMONWEALTH v. Francisco REYES.
As to count 4 charging indecent assault and battery upon a child under fourteen, the judgment is reversed, the verdict is set aside, and judgment shall enter for the defendant. On the remaining indictments, the judgments are reversed and the verdicts are set aside.
