DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.

The judgment for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute is vacated, the finding is set aside, and the matter is remanded to the Superior Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. The judgment for carrying a dangerous weapon is vacated, the finding is set aside, and a new judgment shall enter for the defendant. The remaining Judgment is affirmed.
