Indictments charging defendant with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, assault with intent to kill, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery, larceny, receiving stolen goods, wantonly pointing firearms and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before GROSHENS, P.J. Appeals, Nos. 1433 to 1435, inclusive, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Nov. T., 1970, No. 687, Indictments Nos. 71, 72, and 74 of 1970. Submitted September 14, 1973.
