Indictment charging defendant with rape, statutory rape, corrupting the morals of a minor and assault and battery with intent to ravish. Before WESSEL, JR., J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 277, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1973, No. 6574A. Submitted April 12, 1976.
