Indictments charging defendant with possession and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and criminal conspiracy. Before O'BRIEN, J., non-jury. Defendant found guilty of possession and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 357, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7603321A. Submitted October 26, 1978.
