Indictment charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy, theft and weapons offenses. Before BLAKE, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1864, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1975, Nos. 1305 and 1308. Submitted December 6, 1976.
