Appeal, No. 342, Jan. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1969, No. 1101, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Bruce Reddy. Judgment of sentence affirmed.

Indictment charging defendant with murder. Before TROUTMAN, J.

Verdict of guilty of voluntary manslaughter; defendant's motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.
