Indictments charging defendant with robbery, recklessly endangering, simple assault and criminal conspiracy. Before HALBERT, J., non-jury. Defendant found guilty of robbery, simple assault and conspiracy. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 105, October T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1977, No. 464. Submitted June 12, 1978.
