Submitted December 22, 1976.

July 21, 1977.

Indictment charging defendant with assault, recklessly endangering another person, retaliation against a witness and tampering with a witness and informant. Before DURHAM, J., without a jury. Defendant found not guilty of tampering with a witness and informant and guilty of remaining charges. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2033, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1975, Nos. 126, 127 and 128. Submitted December 22, 1976.
