Indictment charging defendant with robbery, weapons offenses, burglary, assault, criminal conspiracy and possession of an instrument of crime. Before PRATTIS, J. Verdict of guilty of robbery, possession of an instrument of crime and carrying concealed weapons and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 744, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1975, Nos. 670, 671, and 673 to 676, inclusive. Submitted September 12, 1977.
