Submitted March 13, 1978.

Indictments charging defendant with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, violation of the Uniform Firearms' Act, and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Before SHADLE, J. Verdicts returned finding defendant guilty of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and aggravated assault. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 425, March T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of York County, No. 1458 of 1976. Submitted March 13, 1978.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
