Indictments charging defendant with burglary and theft. Before APPEL, J. Verdict of guilty of burglary and not guilty of theft and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 953, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 1362 of 1976. Submitted September 12, 1977.
