Indictment charging defendant with burglary and resisting arrest. Before DiBONA, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2308, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1976, No. 327. Argued December 9, 1977.
