Indictments charging defendant with poolselling and bookmaking and violations of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act. Before LOUIK, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 615, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7407257A. Submitted November 8, 1976.
