Proceedings on appeal by defendant from summary conviction for criminal trespass. Before WRIGHT, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of criminal trespass and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1138, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, No. 153 of 1976. Argued September 13, 1978.
