Indictments charging defendant with criminal attempt and possession of instruments of crime. Before ROSS, J., non-jury. Defendant found guilty and judgment of sentence entered as to criminal attempt. Sentence suspended as to possession of instruments of crime. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 457, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7703194A. Submitted October 26, 1978.
