Indictments charging defendant with robbery, unlawful possession of instruments of crime, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and criminal conspiracy. Before KING, J. Appeal, No. 441, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1974, Nos. 1457 and 1459. Submitted June 9, 1975.
