Appeals, Nos. 19, 20 and 21, May T., 1967, from order of Superior Court, March T., 1966, Nos. 147, 148 and 149, affirming judgment of Courts of Oyer and Terminer and General Jail Delivery and Quarter Sessions of the Peace of York County, April T., 1955, Nos. 197, 198 and 199, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Kenneth Phillips. Order affirmed.

Reporter's Note: On June 5, 1967, the Supreme Court of the United States denied a petition for a writ of certiorari.

Same case in Superior Court: 208 Pa. Super. 121.

Motion by defendant for dismissal of bills of indictment.
