Criminal proceedings. Third degree murder, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and attempt to commit criminal homicide. Before CHERRY, J. No. 1236 Pittsburgh 1981. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Blair County, Criminal Division, Nos. 639 and 723 of 1978. Argued June 16, 1982.
