Indictments charging defendant with assault with intent to ravish, solicitation to commit sodomy, sodomy, and assault with intent to commit sodomy. Before CAIN, JR., J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 675, Oct. T., 1971, from order of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1970, Nos. 1159 to 1161, inclusive. Argued December 7, 1971.
