Indictment charging defendant with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Before BROWN, P.J. Verdict of guilty entered. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1699, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Nos. 2264 and 2265 of 1975. Argued December 6, 1976.
