Indictments charging defendant with forcible rape, statutory rape, and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before WILSON, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 1244 and 1245, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1971, Nos. 518 and 521. Argued March 28, 1973.
