Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of narcotic drugs and obstructing an officer in the execution of legal process. Before SMITH, JR., J. Appeal, No. 226, April T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, March T., 1968, No. 253, May T., 1968, No. 50, and June T., 1968, 540. Argued April 10, 1972.
