Criminal proceedings. Theft by deception, forgery, impersonating a public servant and an attempt to defraud a bank by passing bad checks. Before LIPSITT, J. No. 47 Harrisburg 1981. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Criminal Division, Nos. 1398(A), 1399(A), 1400 and 1401 C.D. of 1980. Submitted: March 24, 1982.
