Indictments charging defendant with simple assault, aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime with intent to employ it criminally, possession of an instrument of crime and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon. Before MARSHALL, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of possession of an instrument of crime with intent to employ it criminally and possession of an instrument of crime, a weapon, and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 406, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1975, No. 1372. Submitted March 22, 1976.
