Indictments charging defendant with involuntary manslaughter and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before BLOOM, J. Appeals, Nos. 945 and 946, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, March T., 1972, Nos. 281 and 282. Submitted December 6, 1973.
