Indictments charging defendant with extortion, robbery and simple and aggravated assault. Before DURHAM, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of attempted theft by extortion and simple assault and not guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 298, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1976, Nos. 483 and 485. Submitted September 12, 1977.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
