Indictment charging defendant with robbery. Before BROWN, J. Verdict of guilty entered. Defendant's motions in arrest of judgment and for new trial denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1523, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 1823 of 1975. Submitted September 22, 1976.
