Indictment charging defendant with assault, aggravated assault and battery, assault with intent to ravish, solicitation to commit sodomy, and sodomy. Before EDENHARTER, J. Appeal, No. 1481, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, No. 415 of 1971. Submitted March 20, 1972.
