Indictment charging defendant with possession of a firearm without a license. Before MIHALICH, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 183, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Jan. T., 1975, No. 64. Submitted April 11, 1977.
