Indictment charging defendant with forgery. Before ESHELMAN, P.J., without a jury. Finding of guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1884, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, Nos. 76015301 and 76044001. Submitted September 13, 1976.
