Indictment charging defendant with murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter and possession of an instrument of crime. Before GEISZ, J. Verdict of guilty of involuntary manslaughter and possession of an instrument of crime and not guilty of murder and voluntary manslaughter. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 423, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1975, Nos. 1854 and 1855. Submitted September 16, 1977.
