Indictment charging defendant with assault with intent to rob, aggravated assault and battery, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Before EPPINGER, P.J. Appeal, No. 88, March T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Nos. 416 and 417 of 1970. Submitted March 8, 1971.
