Indictment charging defendant with unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Before JOHNSON, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of delivery of a controlled substance and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 490, April T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, March T., 1974, No. 1649A. Argued November 18, 1975.
