Appeal, No. 381, Jan. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1968, No. 1473, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Daniel A. Nash. Judgment of sentence affirmed.

Indictments charging defendant with burglary, aggravated robbery and murder. Before CAVANAUGH, J., without a jury.

Plea of guilty to murder with finding of guilty of murder in the second degree, and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed nunc pro tunc.
