Indictments charging defendant with burglary, robbery, aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal trespass, resisting arrest and recklessly endangering another person. Before POPOVICH, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 259, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7600328. Submitted October 23, 1978.
