Indictment charging defendant with burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition and criminal mischief. Before POPOVICH, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of burglary and theft by unlawful taking or disposition and not guilty of criminal mischief. Defendant's motion in arrest of judgment granted as to charge of theft and judgment of sentence entered, on remaining charge. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 20, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7605205A. Submitted April 18, 1978.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
